We are falling apart at the seams...

We are kind of having a crazy week this week. 1: We are still in our temporary home (my in-laws) because the water is off at our house because of a worn out water-heater that has caused some damage. 2: Brandon has pink eye and has not been feeling so good. He has been working full-time and a side job to help pay for our house repairs so we have hardly seen him. 3: School started for me Monday and I think I took a bigger bite than I can chew. 4: An final Jett has been having a hard time keeping food down. He has been throwing up off and on for about a month well each day it gets progressively worse and this last week he has thrown up everything he eats. The doc had me change formulas three times and nothing has helped if anything he has gotten worse. It is so weird because he acts happy and normal, eats well, and a few minutes later it all comes up and projects across the romm more times than not. So today his pediatrician has ordered an "Upper GI" I am not 100% sure what that means but my MIL said it is an x-ray to check things out...So we will see what happens. I just wish I knew what was wrong so I can help him get better. We have stopped giving him any solids and formula and he has drank a big jug of Pedialyte. He can keep down water, rice cakes, and crackers. What a diet, huh?!?

Wow Dayna, hang in there. I'm sure Jett will be fine. I'm sure they will find the problem and be able to fix it. Trust in the Lord. He takes care of everything. I'm just glad that he at least keeps something down even if it's not the most healthy. I hope you are all doing better soon. We love you so much and will be praying for you.

That is so sad! Poor guy(s)! I hope Jett gets feeling better, and same with Brandon- and I wish you the best of luck with school. Let me know if I can help you with anything.

Sorry to hear about poor Jett! It is so hard when they can't tell you what is wrong. Good luck with school and getting your house working again.

With the UGI they are looking for pyloric stenosis, which causes projectile vomiting. It is not the funnest exam but definately not the worst. He will have to drink some barium while they take pics.
Please remember to give him lots of juice and/or water afterwards because the barium kind of "sets up" and can cause some constipation or even worse.
Good Luck!!
