Our Trip to Minnesota

For the 4th of July weekend we took a trip to Minnesota with Brandon's dad for the Lundin reunion that happens every 12 years or so. We went without a plan except to spend time at the reunion and get to know family we had never met before. A lot of them Bill had never met before so that was kind of interesting, but fun. The best part about not having a set plan was that we got lost more times than once and we didn't mind because we got to see a new part of the country and we were not in a hurry to go anywhere.
This was Jett's first plane ride and he did great! It was during the night so he was a little restless because he knew he was supposed to be in his bed and not in a new exciting place with so many things to put in his mouth. After the newness wore off he slpet for a little while which allowed us all rest for a little while.

Getting on the plane in Vegas. We got to the gate with a few minutes to spare so we decided to get a burger. The next thing we know our flight was beiginning to board so we got our stuff together and went back to the gate and we were the last ones to get on the plane. WE ALMOST MISSED OUR PLANE. I thought because of that our trip was going to be one bad thing after another but actually it was quite the opposite.
I am pretty sure Gpa Bill can sleep anywhere and sometimes he does.

The weather was perfect. Not too hot and not to muggy which was nice. It was so weird to us to not see any mountains for miles and the addresses are so strange compared to good old Utah. We had a lot of fun, but were very gald to get home safe ane sound.
