Seal is pretty much the sweetest dog. He is almost perfect. He doesn't bark, he doesn't get into things while we are not home, he is low maintenance, and he is good with kids. I say almost perfect because we had a rough weekend with our Seal. First, he tore open a full-size Snickers (that Brandon left on the bed) and ate it. Second he marked Brandon's church manual and scriptures. Third, we went to G&G Lundin's house on Sunday and he marked the corner of their bed. Three strikes, he is skating on some pretty thin ice at our house and to top it all off he really thinks he is picked on because now that I am not sleepy great I kick him out of the bed becuase lets face it there is not enough room for all four of us in our little queen bed. Don't get me wrong we love him to death and he has been a great blessing to our family, but sometimes I wonder what it was like before I was a dog woman?!? Real uneventful I guess...
When the bed gets too crowded, which is just about every night, Brandon has been a sweetheart and will move to the couch so I can take up the whole bed with all my pillows and get comfy. This turns out nice for me because Seal follows him therefore I get the whole bed to myself. So nice! I woke up one morning and this is what I found snoring and cuddling on the couch. Awwww!
Brandon and Seal are the best of friends. If Brandon is around he will only listen to him, but if Brandon is not home Seal is a real momma's boy. He goes just about anywhere we go and doesn't care where it but gets excited just to go.
The only things that we have found, so far, that he does not like is water in any form, haircuts, dairy products, and gunshots. Other than those things pretty much anything goes.

I know what you mean about Seal- I couldn't believe how much Daisy changed our lives. haha! That sounds so pathetic! But, when you don't have any kids- and just a dog, you tend to spoil them!! We did the same with Daisy- but I'm just glad that she has done good with the baby here now- I wish you the best of luck!!
