To Find Out...Or Not?!?

We have a debate going on at our house. We are fighting over whether we should find out what I am having. I totally have the mommy feeling that "the babe" is a boy. Brandon is unsure that my feelings are right, but he has wanted to find out from the very day that we found out that I was pregnant. So please cast your vote on the Poll to the right and leave your comments about pros and cons of both. Thanks! ;)

You might as well keep it a surprise since you already had a shower and got a bunch of green stuff! Come on it will be fun!

I am a major worrier and preparer when it came to baby stuff. If I had the patience (which I dont) to not find out the sex I would have sat and worried to whole time that I wasn't prepared. I wouldn't know what to buy, and a lot of the "unisex" clothes don't feel girly enough to me. My aunt kept the sex a secret and it made it really cool when the baby was born, but the way I look at it is that you are gonna find out eventually, why not as early as possible? but, to each his own....

So I totally didn't want to find out, but there were a lot of reasons that I should. We decided that it is exciting enough to be having your first that you don't need to be suprised. I want later children to be a suprise, but I have LOVED knowing what we are going to have. It makes getting ready even more fun. As a non-finder outer converted, you should totally find out!

I don't think you really need to ask me on this one!! I have always been the one NAGGING everyone that they better find out and it's not any different this time! FIND OUT! I think it is a boy too. When is the ultrasound?

I am very glad that I found out what I was having when I was pregnant. I just wish that I would have not told anyone else--just kept it a secret between me and Jared. Also, I wish that I hadn't told everyone the name we had picked out, cause then it got overused and people talking to my belly (total pet-peeve) using his name. That's just my opinion though!

Hey! Well, I'm not sure if I am supposed to take that as a compliment or not (that I haven't changed since high school) haha! :) Your bump is so cute! Congrats on the up-coming baby!

I have mixed feelings about finding out if it's a boy or a girl. I never wanted to, and then my husband Jason said, "too bad!" so anyway, we ended up finding out. I love knowing that she is a girl, and I buy her clothes all the time when I'm at the store! (maybe it would have been better to not find out!)But just as Jo said, you already have a bunch of green things and you had your shower- either way, it will still be exciting!!! Good luck!! Keep in touch!
